Mr. Dieperink is a Senior Executive Advisor to Brookside Equity Partners specializing in flavors and ingredients used in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Dieperink was previously the CEO of BEP’s food flavoring platform, Brookside Flavors & Ingredients LLC. Prior to that, he was the CEO of North America for Friesland Campina, a Dutch dairy cooperative. Before that, he was the COO of Ottens Flavors. Rudy began his career in sales and marketing at Quest International, another flavor company. Mr. Dieperink has a BA in Business Administration from McDaniel College and an MBA in Marketing from the Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
